Introduction to the Course
The purpose of this intermediate course on personal finance is to help high school students gain personal financial management skills while establishing an understading of the underlying connection between fianances and the gospel of Jesus Christ. This lesson covers eleven chapters, based upon the areas of the Complete College Course that we believe will provide most useful to those in high school. Our goal is to give you an introduction to various aspects of finance, with the hope that you will continue your study to understand better the topics covered in this lesson throughout the rest of your schooling and your lives.
Please allocate between 45 minutes to an hour for each chapter reading, and an hour to watch the video. For those not doing the entire lesson in order, we recommend you first complete chapters 1 and 2, and then the remaining chapters in any order.
